'ethtool -S ppp0' is not detecting the interface made through pppoe connection.

No we are not using RPS, RFS or balance IRQ. This should not be a problem when using a single client for generating traffic.
We also increased the size of the interface queue from 3 to 1,000 to no effect.

We are connecting our accel machine (accel-ppp-1.10.3), deployed on an ubuntu VM (16.04), to a rp-client setup on another server.
