shper in chap-secrets

Is it possible to use shaper when using chap-secrets?

Firstly thanks, it worked fine.
When I've tried to use radius e chap-secrets together, I could notice that accel-ppp prioritized radius and no chap-secrets.
It is possible to use radius and chap-secrets together, but doing acce-ppp prioritize chap-secrets?
For exemple, if authentication failed, try to authenticate via radius instead chap-secrets.
is it possible?
