When a Nas-Port-Id > 14 parameter is sent via radius,
the interface is not renamed and the pppoe tunnel does not stay up
is there any configuration to help with this?

Re: Nas-Port-ID via Radius
not 14, but 15.
15 is maxim chars of linux ifname.

Re: Nas-Port-ID via Radius
which version ?
Re: Nas-Port-ID via Radius
You can control correct username and ifname from radius side.
I think it is correct - if usename very long - reject this sessions.
I asked xeb about it (reject of failed rename) - I want have correct ifname in system.
