hi,
thts good. The server I'm using is much powerful then 1270. The only problem I'd seen is. On high loads and there is network flapping affecting 1k ++ users then it starts misbehaving. Lots of start connections, lots of finish connections. Sometimes start goes more than the total users actually connected to server. Service restarts mysteriously. If there is no network flap then it runs smoothly

thanks and regards

I'm using Debian 9 but your issue sounds like it is more network related. Check your NIC buffers and your switch port buffers and statistics.
