Networking stops when using ACCEL-PPP

Hi All,
My Network Interface failed on my ACCEL-PPP/L2TP server.
In the system log, I see loads of the following entries:-
System-networkd[794] l2tp019: LINK UP
System-networkd[794]: Gained carrier
Kernel: [74442.582804] l2tp019: renamed from ppp68.
Then
I40e 0000:01:00.0: ARQ: Unknown event 0x0000 ignored
Which repeats over and over again.
Is this a network driver issue or config issue?
